Return and Warranty Policy
1. Any
damaged or short shipments must be reported to Express Products
within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
2. Any
refused shipments will be charged both shipping and return freight
costs. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
3a. Most
products carry a three year limited warranty against manufacturer
defects; batteries carry a one year limited warranty. All CCM
products have a limited one year warranty from the date of purchase.
EXPRESS PRODUCTS will provide warranty replacement of same product
for the first 30 days. The balance of the warranty is provided by
CCM.
3b. All items purchased for $1.00 or less (retail
packaging costs are not included) WILL NOT be eligible for warranty
or replacement.
4.Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse,
consequential damage, improper installation, products which have been
altered, labels removed, or incomplete. Such items will be returned
at the customers expense.
5. Products sent back as defective
and found not to be defective, will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
6. Stock balanced items invoiced within 45 days or less
can be stock balanced with a 25% restocking fee. No stock can be
returned after 45 DAYS. All stock balance will be calculated at the
last price paid for that item. All products returned for stock
balancing must be in "new" conditioned and 100% resell able
WITH ALL PRICE LABELS REMOVED.
7. All returns MUST have an RMA
number on the outside of the package. Any return without an RMA
number will be REFUSED.
8. OEM products should be returned
directly to the manufacturer.
9. All NSF CHECKS subject to a
service charge.
